Introduction to Microsoft Word

This one-day course is appropriate if you have not used Word before or if you are self-taught and wish to improve your understanding of the techniques and features of Word so you can be more efficient when using it.

It is assumed you have reasonable general computing skills and are familiar with the Windows environment.

Microsoft Word Intermediate

This one-day course is appropriate for you if you have a basic knowledge of Word and you want to refine your understanding of word processing. You should be familiar with formatting a document, using tables, saving documents, page layout and margins.

It is assumed you have attended our introductory Word course (or similar) or have the equivalent knowledge. See Word Introduction course outline.
