Recently David Briggs successfully completed the update process required by Microsoft to maintain MCSE for Windows 2003 accreditation. David also completed the two exams required for the new certification Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician. Even though this certification should be viewed as an entry level certification, in our opinion it should be mandatory for any desktop support or helpdesk position. David completed these necessary exams so that he could assess the level required. Enables us to better deliver the training courses required of this certification.
