Volunteers required for National Championships Posted 4 November 2005
	The Tasmanian Rowing Council is seeking volunteers to assist in the preparation and running of the National Championships and King's Cup Regattas at Lake Barrington in March 2006. Fifty volunteers are required each day to run the regatta and others are needed prior to the event to prepare the course and grounds. 	The draw for the first Pennant regatta at Franklin is available on the Tasmanian Rowing Council web site.
	Schools Twilight Regatta Posted 1 November 2005
	A twilight regatta will be held in New Town Bay on November 18, commencing at 5:00pm. This event is intended for younger rowers (U13 - U15) and will be in quads only. 	New Norfolk Masters Regatta Updated 2 November 2005
	The New Norfolk Rowing Club is running a Masters Regatta at New Norfolk on 13 November 2005 starting at 9:00am. Refreshments, BBQ and raffles will be available on the day. 	Change to Masters Regatta Date Posted 26 October 2005
	The date for the Masters Regatta has been changed. It will now be held at Lake Barrington on 29 and 30 April 2006. The TRC Regatta Calendar will be updated shortly. Please make a note in your diaries.
	Trophy Night 27 October 2005 Posted 21 October 2005
	The Lindisfarne Rowing Club annual trophy night will be held at the clubrooms on Thursday 27 October starting at 7:00pm. It will be followed by a light supper. All members, parents and supporters are welcome to attend. Please contact Nicola Webb for more information.
	Club Rugby Tops Amended 21 October 2005
	The club is about order more Rugby Tops. These are the dark and light blue with the club logo on the left hand side. This run will not have Lindisfarne Rowing Club screen printed on the back.  If you are interested in purchasing one the cost will be $60 for sizes 12- XSM and $70 for all other sizes. Delivery will be 6-8 weeks from the time the order is placed. If you wish to purchase a top could you please let Nicola Webb know by email and provide her with the size that you require. If you do not place an order there will be no guarantee that a top will be available in your size. 	Olympic Rowing Finals Posted 11 August 2004
	Come and watch the rowing finals on the big screen.. The Rowing community is invited to share the excitement and come and watch the rowing finals at the Lindisfarne Rowing Club Dates: Sat 21st Sun 22nd Time: Starts 2pm till 8pm or whenever..... Refreshments will be available as well as a few "Greek" lamb sausages and salads. Contributions to the supper would be most welcome. Please feel free to print out and distribute this poster. 	Cocktail Party Posted 30 June 2004
	On Saturday July 3rd the Tasmanian Rowing Council is holding a cocktail party at the Derwent Mercantile Collegiate Rowing Club (under the bridge just near the Botanical Gardens car park) 6-8pm. Cost is $10 per person. The purpose of the evening is to farewell the five Tasmanian members of the Australian Senior A Mens Lightweight Eight who are about to leave for Spain to compete in the World Championships. The Tasmania crew members are: Sam Beltz Tom Gibson George Roberts Sam Waley Casper Hebblewhite The crew is coached by another Tasmanian, John Driessen from Huonville. Not a bad effort to get 5/8 of a National Team from one state, and 3/8 from one club.
	Dragons Abreast Posted 30 June 2004
	Lindisfarne Rowing Club is proud to be the home of the Dragons Abreast dragon boat crew. The dragon boat is the only one in Tasmania and has been in operation since its launch 5th Oct 2003. Dragons Abreast is an Australian wide group that provides support and fun to breast cancer survivors and their supporters through the activities of dragon boat paddling.
