Derwent Mercantile Collegiate Rowing Club christened a new Eight on 8 December 2001. The boat is named after Dan McNeill, Principal of St Michael's Collegiate School and a strong supporter of rowing and the Club. Mr McNeill is pictured below with the new boat and the members of the 2001/2002 Open squad.
