This course is designed for individuals with a strong, hands-on ZENworks for Desktops background. It discusses the in-depth details of the new features of ZENworks for Desktops 4 and how they work. Particular attention is paid to troubleshooting ZENworks for Desktops 4 and successfully deploying ZENworks for Desktops 4 in complex enterprise environments. The hands-on labs are designed to provide a real world experience for both deployment and troubleshooting.

This hands-on Advanced Technical Training (ATT) course will help students become more proficient in the administration and troubleshooting of GroupWise 6.5. Students will learn how to upgrade from previous versions of GroupWise to GroupWise 6.5, including expanding an existing system to incorporate GWIA, and WebAccess. Maintenance and Best Practices for GroupWise systems will be discussed in detail. Included are topics on Security, Backup and Restore procedures and implementing the Instant Messaging features of GroupWise 6.5.
